I sometimes do a dedicated server but how can i keep a dedicated server on while my computer is turned off

You can't, your computer has to be on.

They either rent a server or use one of their own computers which they leave on all the time.

for a while i thought the computer still recieved a signol and all that junk while in sleep mode, but nope :c
