Hoa2TurnOn?

I have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 video card and I want to turn on anti-aliasing.
I've heard that you can't do it on all graphics cards though.

Links and tutorials appreciated.

Go to the nvidia control panel. Its in the...control panel...

Wow I seriously never looked there.

My anti-aliasing settings are 2x. I have the choice to change them to Application Controlled, 2x, 4x, and 8xS. Which one should I choose?

The highest. I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 285 and I can turn it up to 16Q. Dont forget to turn on Super Sampling and turn anti aliasing to override the app settings.

No point in turning it on, that's such a crappy video card that turning on anti aliasing will probably make your games unplayable from lag.

I had an 8400GS and it would lag like hell whenever any kind of AA was enabled

I can't imagine how awful the lag is going to be for you

But Radial, sometimes that doesn't even work.

I made it override the (nonexistent) AA settings for TimeShift and it didn't work.

How strange. It has worked for me and a bunch of others in Blockland, at least.

Yeah, it works in Blockland for me.

It just doesn't work in some other games, though. like TimeShift and GTA4.

There's a 3rd party addon you can get that forces 8xAA for GTA4. It looks beautiful with it + high settings.
