Ya... people have these phases where they do no research and just buy a computer that looks good.

but anyways

... just read this..

Madmitten stop giving him advice, it's another integrated video card it wouldnt run oblivion.

ANY COMPUTER THAT IS LESS THAN 400$ WILL HAVE A INTEGRATED VIDEO CARD. OR NO VIDEO CARD AT ALL.

OBLIVION = REQUIRES A VIDEO CARD THAT ISNT INTEGRATED
1/2 correct advice
you could build a pretty good system for around 6-700 dollars

But hes not looking to build his own computer.

If he was and he assembled it himself hes looking at minimum 600$... minimum.

But hes obviously got no knowledge so putting it together himself isnt going to happen and installing all the drives..

ya definetly not.

Since I haven't found a computer yet. Can someone answer these questions for me?

Is it possible to copy Vista from a computer with Vista to another computer legally?
and
Is it possible to raise my CPU speed(GHz) without paying too much.

My dad has a computer with Vista on it that is PERFECT for oblivion but I need to raise its speed just a bit. And I need to figure out how to get Vista on my computer so my dad can trade computers with me cause he works at home and cant use windows 7, which my computer has. So if I can get vista on my computer, and speed up my dads computer, I can have a computer that can play Oblivion, and my dad can have a computer for work.

That paragraph was very confusing.

You could install a new processor or overclock that one.

I wouldn't recommend overclocking to you.

If you want me to find a new processor i need to know exactly what kind is in your dad's computer.
