No.

I'm starting to think you don't know what a graphics card is.

Really, I have hardly any knowledge about computer parts..... I just know about RAM and memory and OS' really lol.

I have a better idea.

BUY A XBOX360 THEN BUY OBLIVION FOR IT!!!!

and no none of that new stuff you posted will work.

I don't think 360 can has Akatosh(or whatever the dragons is called) or werewolf, or predator, or alien..... I just think it can have the plug ins.

I totally missed that part....

Uh... ya you're pretty much screwed :P unless you plan on dishing out 700$

That is a barebone system.

Sigh.

You need a GPU. And a HD

Aren't you special then.
Lol yeah, special... ed. :3
Nice new avvy.

ye

What are your current computer specs?

It seems like have the things you posted you would have to build.

You can't get a decent computer for, hell, under $600.

Since I haven't found a computer yet. Can someone answer these questions for me?

Is it possible to copy Vista from a computer with Vista to another computer legally?
and
Is it possible to raise my CPU speed(GHz) without paying too much.

My dad has a computer with Vista on it that is PERFECT for oblivion but I need to raise its speed just a bit. And I need to figure out how to get Vista on my computer so my dad can trade computers with me cause he works at home and cant use windows 7, which my computer has. So if I can get vista on my computer, and speed up my dads computer, I can have a computer that can play Oblivion, and my dad can have a computer for work.
Edit by quoting lol, my dads PC's speed is around 2.1, is it possible to bump it up to/over 3GHz? And copy Vista from it to another PC>(legally)

Read everything including quote above to understand why I posted.

Yes its possible..

just buy another vista disk..

and upgrade?

Chances are though if you upgrade your gonna need to upgrade other stuff. which means.... more money :)

Eitherway what you want done is impossible
