"assasin" minigame

1 person could be the president ,victim and the other players would be assassins trying to kill them. the player who kills the victim, it says like "agentjake12 is the top assassin" or "tom tom21 is the top assassin"

Sounds more like a "VIP" GameMode.
There needs to be a VIP, an Attackers team, and a Defenders team.
I'm sure you could even have two VIP's, one on both teams. Or maybe more, if there are more teams.
