Author Topic: Yeah, We're probably going to lose our house.  (Read 10396 times)

We got a letter today, from some guy who came up to our door.
Apparently we owe a ton of money to them, and then he proceeded to take pictures of our house.
My mother might fax the letter to my grandfather, on my dads side and see what he thinks we should do.

as you can see at the top of this picture, theres another total of $22,775
who wants to donate 24,000 dollars

How did you end up owing that much?

That seriously sucks.

what was that 22k dept for? back taxes or something?

no bank would allow a person to get that far behind on their mortgage. so it had to be something else.

We eventually just couldnt pay all of it, and it just built up. We're not making very much money at all right now.

No kidding.

I dont know i'd have to read up through the entire letter, its like 3 pages long.

How much does your parent/(s) make a year?

Hmmm, got any old good working computers? Depending on how good they are they could make good 100 to 1000 bucks. I wish you good luck.

so your parents havnt been able to pay for 14 months? damn

Oh man that sucks, I've lost 2 houses. Unfortunately I lost all of my stuff in both of those processes so I know what it's like. Hang in there. Hope things get better for you.

Thanks, but I dont think much will happen after this point.

the last 6 generations would have you believe home owning is not only a good investment, but the best.

not true.
my parents tried teaching me this whole 1egg-1basket American dream life.
but it has just been proven fail to many generations in a row.
