Modification Help

Ok, so I have been modifying my city rpg found from a convieniantly placed website and blah blah blah...

For the past couple of days, I have noticed that my modifications haven't taken effect but that's the least of my problems. My city rpg has not been working at all ever since I made some new jobs. I've tried redownloading but it still doesn't work. I have tried to rid the new jobs and it also didn't work.
Can you spot my problem?

Modifications made: Added new weapons and prefs in prefs folder. Also I have made the new jobs. I think that is it.

I don't think you're meant to make the job's in the pref's folder, I think from my City RPG, I did it in the add-on's folder and then the prefs.

So I do it in the add-ons folder of the rpg then?

No matter what i fix and delete, the city rpg is not working.
