WTF is City RP?

I heard on pecon7's server about this failed add-on called "City RP". I have no intention of using it, but I'm just curious what it is.

CityRPG is a splinter project of CityRP after difficulties between Jookia and myself. The intention of this mod was to provide players with the ability to see a block city from block eyes. Of course CityRPG fails on this promise and is merely a really, really forgeted up GameMode for blockland. Although not the best handy-work of code to ever exist this is pretty much my biggest feat that has held together. I enjoyed working with it but can now honestly say I am done. This mod is provided as-is without warranty of functionality

Ah I just wandered onto a City RP server. I couldn't figure out how to get jobs because of the poorly made chat selection type. Then they started calling me a "noob" even though i had never tried it. The owner also had a lot of useless bricks like 64x64x7 baseplates. I can see the type of people who keep that failed add-on.

You've never played it. I started with playing City Rp's that is why I do not make spam. The admins have clear rules no spam builds. Now i dont spam.

City Rp's arnt that bad. Its just a RP with a mod.
