Hi, all, seriously, this Caspow guy is a total idiot, he totally fakes this, what he does is he comes into Badspot's Lag Party, then... says all this ridiculous stuff about "There was a hacker in PSProgrammers server!" This guy is idiotic ass wipe. Well, I suppose the pic's can say the evidence.

Then he say's his name is Cool Cat 2, so I search on RTB and kalphiter's BL_ID system, and nothing returned.

Then, apparently the "hacker" banned his friend TOPIN UP, it says PERMANTLY banned, idiot.
And it goes on and on and on...

Cool Cat was not a super admin. He used a small known thing (Glitch perhaps?) where you can use bots to destroy other's builds(According to witnesses). Cool Cat was then banned (According to witnesses) By Larry Koopa. I then checked the ban list and the clear bricks list and he was on neither. I did a RTB search of his name and found no results.

Just because there are the two ID Lists, doesn't mean every single user is on either of the lists.
Kalphiters requires you to be viewed by a script of his, I believe.
RTB relies on the fact that you have RTB as an Add-On. A large amount of people don't have RTB, so they're not on RTB's ID List.
