The city build still has some juice left in it. Once we're all tired of it, we'll have a vote to decide what our new project should be. Drake suggested a healthy round of fortwars before we commence a proper new project, which I think sounds like a good idea.

Limiting users in a clan is outrageous.  Sure, it can become too much, but you want to have users that have the potential, even if they go passed your limit.
