Author Topic: My "Comcast-ic" Experience  (Read 1717 times)

I recently bought a new laptop. It was fine until yesterday. The internet kept crashing, when I finally got a connection my browser will only access the Comcast website. I guess I have to register my laptop with them or some stuff. I go to click on, "I am a customer," and the page won't load, yet when I click on, "I am a technician," the page loads fine. They then ask for my account number and customer details. I follow through all the instructions, still no progress.

I call the Comcast customer support line. I expected a 30-minute wait because Comcast customer service sucks ass sideways. The technician was black, she breathed heavily into the phone, and was a pain in the ass. Right in the middle of the phone call, she starting hitting on me, "How is your day going?." I hung up.

Problem still not solved. Comcast stinks on dry ice. I am glad I do not have to rely on them for television. Has anyone had this problem before?

That happened to me, save for the black lady. It was because my internet was disconnected. I don't know what it could be for you though.

Throw it out the window.

I think you need more RAM.
I think you know nothing about computers.

Then you most likely have a relative working for them or something of that nature.

My dad is a programmer for a hitch company. My mom is an accountant for Mobile. We know no one who works for Comcast.
