Ok go to add or remove programs, and uninstall any programs you dont use anymore

Run Windows cleanup utility. It's not CCcleanup, but it'll free up some space via deletion of temporary files.

ALSO: Don't bother with deleting old programs before you delete temp files. I've narrowed down my entire Steam games list and I was still hurting for disk space and I found out that I had 86GB+ of temp files.

Use that. It will give you a graph of what's taking up the most space, and what folder it's in and whatnot.

Then you can delete the files, or uninstall if it's programs.
