Anyone into making Sprite Movies?

We'll I am, and I'm sick of using Windows Movie Maker.
Don't know what to get next but It needs to some in handy when it comes to making sprite movies.

Right now I'm working with MS Paint and Windows Movie Maker
Not really a good combination for what I'm trying to get into.

So what's the best way to make Sprite Movies? What should I get?
Other than Photoshop. I don't have that but I'll get it soon.

If you have 7 or vista you can get Windows Live Movie Maker for free, its kinda nice, and not as stuffty as the old movie maker was.

Or you can be stupid and buy a mac for their nice movie software.
Or just get that Sony thing
