Annoys the crap out of me. I've gotton banned from so many servers because them enabled crap :/

Pretty well anyone who falls under this:

Someone hosting a challenge with any vehicles enabled, unless it's a horse.
Hosting a racing server with any weapons.
Hosting any kind of server with more than 10 weapons and 6 vehicles.

The only way people aren't going to swear is if you only let people use preset messages, which fails.
