Author Topic: You can stop being the judge.  (Read 10652 times)

One sided story is one sided.

I'm sure you told it how you wanted it to happen.
But I doubt this guy got that worked up over a book being dropped.

No that's pretty much it, unless something happened to Ben beforehand, which he never mentioned anything of the sort.

Actually, Regulith dropped Ben's book on the stairs. Ben didn't drop his on the stairs, he dropped it on the floor.

Ground = Stairs in this situation. That's just me trying to explain something badly because it happened to me and I know exactly how it happened already.

For making a huge topic over your friend being a huge baby. Especially when knowing that he reads the forums. Passive aggressively calling him out over what happened.

I made this topic to find opinions on the situation to know if it was just me that thought it was an overreaction or not. I did not make it to "call him out", I didn't even tell anyone here who it is, and nobody here except Mateo and I know him in real life, and he was there when it happened. He rarely reads the forums anyway. Please stop making wild accusations.

I did my absolute best to keep out any biased sections of this story.

Sounds like you both need some work on your social skills.

Error: Poster is Tezuni

Psychologically, people will tell the story to how they saw it happen.
It's not a fact, it's just been experimented with.

I used to be in a Social Psych class. (Thus I know all!, no.)

The OP, our good friend Regulith, could be leaving out some things that got his friend aggravated.
I could be wrong.

And duckmiester, our other good friend. Thinks I'm trolling.

I'm not trying to be a threadstuffter/troll.

Alright then :p

Reminds me of that PawlBear incident?

We all remember.

The OP, our good friend Regulith, could be leaving out some things that got his friend aggravated.

Ben was quite happy when he first came to sit down, and when I saw him briefly earlier in the day. If anything had happened earlier to get him pissed off, I have no idea what it is.

Maybe something happened to him earlier?
Not caused by you.

That set him off his rocker?

Doesn't mean he could be any less right; a biased opinion is very possible in this situation.  Not that I think Regulith would lie, but sometimes people remember things the way they want.

I agree.  But see how you state it?  "A biased opinion is possible, not that I think Regulith would lie, but sometimes people remember things...etc.

Whereas Pandan comes right out and says "ONE SIDED STORY IS ONE SIDED LOL YOU MUST'VE DONE SOMETHING ELSE I'M SURE YOU ARE ONLY TELLING IT THE WAY YOU WANT".

Do you see how I can spot this opinion-trolling a mile away, now?

Duck.

Shut up. You've escalated this more than needed.

Did you tell him to stop irritating you earlier?

Did you tell him to stop irritating you earlier?

With the book thing?

Yes. Often.

Then you turn right around and call me a troll.
Brilliant.

With the book thing?

Yes. Often.
Maybe he got pissed about that?

Not sure, I wish I was there. (not really)
It's hard to tell.

Have your friend make a forum account lol
