Simply put it means you are in before someone or something mentioned by someone will eventually say.

For example, if I posted a religion topic and you said "inb4inv3rted", you are in before Inv3rted, a forum member known for jumping onto religion threads and arguing consistently in them.

It's like a little side-joke of the internet. Don't over use it though or it'll suck and make sure your doing it properly.
And don't make it into a forum game.
