First, let me point out one thing. I was stupid with my name, so in BlockLand I'm CrazyColour.
It's suckish, but again, it's my first add-on EVER.

Also, the area around is not transparent, the tie and undershirt is. My paint is acting up.
It's made to resemble a secret government shirt thing. This is white torso color.

It looks fairly good, Except the green cyan part of the tie is off center.

a nice pic of just the suit would be nice. Kinda hard to see unless the only part thats trans is the shirt or something.

Okay, here's the suit itself.

This turns out to be a very simple edit of the original default one. Also, the cyan part of the tie
can be anything you want it to be. Ink stain, design, etc. I'm making a huge pack as we speak.

go to BL, choose the normal suit decal and put your chest part black

its looks nearly the same

The undershirt and tie are sort of transparent. My new pack will have transparents, it just looks wrong in the decal choice menu.
