Very nice, although I think you should make some sort of wires supporting the awning.

I was discussing this with Kaptain earlier. I actually did indeed have wires supporting it at first, (you can see it in the 3D model topic) but the wires had nothing to connect to in the build except windows.

It's too monotone, in my opinion.  Adding some other shades, if not a color, would improve it a ton.
Other than that, I like the look of it so far.
