Heres how to use it
Step 1: Click "Start"
Step 2: Click "Settings"
Step 3: click "Control Panel"
Step 4: click "Text to speech"
Step 5: Why did I do this part?
Anyways, its a default program, so I know everyone has it.
Its actually amuseing.

Oh, so it's one of those things that says what you type?  Love those.

Not everyone has it, well, I have windows vista and I don't have it. Maybe it's only XP and older that has it. But ya it's fun to mess with; once in the computer lab at school a bunch of people turned it up loud and made it talk stuff and rap choice lyrics.. Untill the teacher walked back into the room. Also at school they commonly have what's called 'readme please' which is just a version of text to speech.

i have windows 7 and i don't have it :[


If you don't have it you can always use online versions of it. I would give links but I'm just not in the mood of looking some up right now. If your lucky enough you might find one that has a repeat option to annoy people!

I use a TTS called "Festival".
Mainly to make it say stupid/funny things, like if you add too many E's to the end of something, it'll raise the pitch of the voice, and if you add too many A's to the beginning, it'll raise the pitch and sound like a car.
