Encouraging shooting in a school RP is just feeding them. They will think "Well hey, he is shooting people, so lets spray paint and hammer people." Maybe the people actually weren't idiots, it was just that there was no rules, and if there was, they were not in an obvious location. People didn't know where to go since there was nothing telling them, and if there was, they couldn't see it due to the spam in the chat, which is why the announce mod should be used. I suggest un banning the people that were banned during the RP and giving them another chance after rules are in place, announce mod is on, and stuff like that.
