This is the first good look I have gotten at the old version of blockland.

Looks like everythings made out of props? But it looks strangely better. The build looks good.

The doors and stuff look similar to roblox, but it looks really laggy.

Not as laggy as your servers  :cookieMonster:

It looks a lot like ROBLOX. Like, a whole lot.

Wut.

So for those who were around for that how did that graffiti work? Was it like just props or did actuall users make those?

There was graffiti?
Dammit, I forgot so much about the game.

It was a stuffload of scaled and rotated bricks.

That would be RTB v1.045. The thing is that you could resize any brick to any size; for example 1x7x8.910. Then you could rotate the bricks on any axis, like 1.04 on X axis and move them in the same manner. You had almost perfect control over bricks.

RTB for v0002 was awesome but it pretty much turned the game into a ghetto multiplayer modeling program. Most things didn't really have a Lego feel to it. Understandable though, because what was the old brick limit before things got unplayable, 1500?

Graffiti is still possible

It was about 3000 according to a post from Bisjac regarding why he always built in singleplayer.
