Dedicated server-help needed

Ok so i know how to make a Dedicated server but theres always some problems..... 1. Terrain rules. 2. RPG mod 3. Floating/spinning items..... Now all i want to know is how To Dissable Addons like that on a Dedicated server?

start a regular server with them disabled. Quit Blockland. Then start the dedicated server.
