Does a public server on Modern Warfare 2 for Xbox 360 have an actual player as host?

Edit: Apparentally yes. Next question.

Do these "hosts" get powers?

Yeah.. If he leaves it changes host.

most online 360 player servers use one person to host, and if the host leaves a new person is selected to host

Yes it does. Instead of companies spending money to host the game on their own servers, they make the players host the servers, saving them money.

Infinity Ward loves bad hosters.

Change the title, you seem to be the idiot brother.

Didn't Infinity ward's CEO get fired or something?
Also games.

No, my idiot brother also seems to think that when your "host," you get higher damage and higher exp.

Didn't we settle this.
You're the idiot brother.
I bet you're just using "My brother" as an excuse to ask us these question so you don't look stupid.

And who are you?
Right, anyway.

I can even give you my brothers name, bl id, whatever.

He told me that MW2, GoW2, and Halo 3 all give "host bonuses." I wanted to settle this because i'm sick of him saying he can't kill a guy because he has "host health." Does GoW2 have the same thing?
