If anyone remembers the Detonating Bomb (back in v8 I think it was), it was a red model of 3 sticks of dynamite,and it was infinite(as in used more than one time). I think it detonated on 1st click after placement. The cool thing about it was that if you placed it in a vehicle, it stayed in the vehicle, and it was still able to be detonated. It was also not gravity affected, but it was a physical object.

Any possibility to make this similar?

That weapon was so win. I remember I was with a freind at USSR fort wars and the guy's base next to us was open, so I planted a bomb inside his. He stepped inside and I blew him up. It was fun

Actually, C4 is fire-safe. It burns, and emits toxic fumes, but it will burn in a controlled fashion w/o exploding.

Actually, Deathwish is right.  If force from impact and heat are applied simultaneously, C4 will explode.  However, if you just burn it, or just drop it, it won't explode.

You can beat it, set it on fire, shoot it, throw it into a lake and cut it in half. The only way to detonate it is with a huge electric shock.

No. Using a blasting cap is preferred. (Blasting caps are the bits you shouldn't be throwing around, they can take your fingers off.)

I said throwing it onto a fire AND beating it, not either of the two. That's why Composition C and it's children are so fun to handle, because they don't detonate in your pocket.

No, C4 is a concussive explosive; As deathwish said, you can only detonate C4 with caps that apply both heat and pressure. Throwing into a fire and beating it isn't exactly something that could work very well, but the general idea is there.
