If this happened, and we began to die through a period of five painful months, would you become a Christian?

No

So you'd go to hell?
I'd much rather.
I mean, if it did happen, Christian or not, the hell can you do about it?

Well if this was real, then let it be a warning :o  "Spooky sounds"

"Hello John, how are you today?"

I was looking through and I saw that in the Bible it said that the world was a globe. That was astonishing to hear, in those times people thought the world was supported by giant turtles and at the ends of the world were giant water falls.

It said that everything is made from matter.

 Life originated in the sea.

It said that our round planet was held in place from invisible forces. (Gravity)

 Light is a particle. (Photon)

 Its all Here :O

They're not photons, they're waves.

They're not photons, they're waves.

I know, but it has particle properties. One of them.

Ohgodohgodohgodohgod people in the Bible knew how to do math and look at stars, that means everything in the Bible is true! No but seriously the Mayans knew that stuff and they didn't pretend to have been told by a god; They used math and astrology.

The Mayans didn't know the world was round.

Unless... They had spaceships made from stone :U

Edit: Don't make me eat you boob socks :o

Editt#2: There are conspiracies that the Mayan Gods were aliens.

Yet the Mayan civilization was ahead of its time technologically speaking. It was the only civilization ahead of the technological curve. I mean, they knew the Earth was round at a time when Europeans believed it was flat. This confounds students of history like myself.

It's a joke.

Also, in regards to:

Unless... They had spaceships made from stone :U

Columbus found out for himself that the earth was flat by sailing on the ocean. It doesn't take a trip to space to find out, hell, you can even tell it's round by looking at its loving shadow on the moon.

Riot's pretty stupid.

CRAPP I hit I'm Muslim by mistake

It's a joke.

 You were joking about that?
Because Light consists of particles and wavelengths together in two different properties. Like you said before.

Riot's pretty stupid.

 No.

People back then never thought of that. It seems obvious but people of that time never could take these facts together to produce one.
The Mayans looked out into the Ocean and saw nothing. There was something wrong, there were Spanish ships closing in onto the shores. For the indians these ships looked like nothing, ordinary rocks maybe? Until they found out that these things were getting closer and they found that there were people on board.

Many things seem obvious to you now, but back then they were the wonders of the world that could never be answered.
