I have a setting for safari that wont allow font sizes less than 9.

Most of the time it's nothing important or something completely stupid.  Just ignore it.  That's what I do when I see your posts as the information inside them is always incorrect.

it doesn't make it that small

I just highlight, right click, and click search to see what it says

-Tools>Options>Accessibility>"Ignore font sizes"
-Alt>View>Text Size>Smaller Smallest

Just starting to use this now. No more giant/small text for me. :D
