How do I make and package a decal?

As for making decals, just use other decals as your template.  (Remove the stuff on it in your graphic design program and just draw yours on it.)

I saw that but that is to make prints(And does it need to be any different just because I am posting it on RTB?)

1) The title of that thread is "How to package decals".

2) Look closer, there is a guide on how to package decals in there.

So all I need to do is make a folder named thumbs, put my decals in it, zip them together and put it in the folder that starts with Decal_ ?
