Steam Bot Scam?

Steam Bot- Add or Account Ban. That's what it said when it asked be to be it's friend. Then it sent me this:

Steam does not take these types of issues lightly. To clear up this incident and close this case labeled dispute No. 7632143 we need to verify either a CD key or a username and password. If you cooperate completely and your account is verified successfully you will receive a game of your choice at the price of $19.99 or lower for your trouble. Again we apologize for any inconvenience. If this information is not submitted within 24 hours of this request your account may be disabled permanently.

I have a feeling this is a scam...

Happened to me. I reported him to STEAM and him and his main account got banned. His main account was the owner of a server I visited regularly and was ranked #3 in. He had just bought a new server as well, so was running 3 at a time. What a waste of money when he's banned :P

I think the orginal owner of the account was hacked after he bought those servers
