Lord tony is in NWB, and NWB is full of probably the best builders that still play. No one in that clan will want to join yours if they see that you blacklisted one of their clan members. The large trail of drama you leave behind also keeps people away. You ban people from your servers for killing your team. You delete people's means of getting to the enemies base, but you had a teleporter to the one I was in. You came into my server and shouted "Come to my server" and then left. This would be like tezuni trying to make a good clan, there is just too much drama surrounding him that it acts as a repellent to any blockland member who is actually good.

A re-re-rebirth of a clan is just literally having the clan name scream "I'm a dead corpse that nobody wanted to join, please do me a favor and pull the damn plug."

Only some of USSR were really starfishs.
