My screen doesnt work for blockland!

I downloaded blockland after my computer crashed bout a month ago, and now it says that it cant find a sutable display device. but my screen is right there. then it says some stuff about video cards, but blockland worked fine before so i dont think its the video card. Help?

What resolution is your monitor on? To find out, go to the Control Panel, and double click on 'Display'. Go to the 'Advanced' tab and there will be a slider down the bottom with a number similar to '1024 x 768'. Post the number for me.
