For everyone saying, "You raped her", this could only be decided determining the age difference between the two.

If the age difference is too great, the Statutory Rape law comes into play. Statutory rape is summarized as:

"Statutory rape crimes are based on the premise that until a person reaches a certain age, he is legally incapable of consenting to loveual intercourse. Thus, instead of including force as a criminal element, theses crimes make it illegal for anyone to engage in loveual intercourse with anyone below a certain age, other than his spouse. The age of consent varies by state, with most states, including Connecticut, setting it at age 16. The age of consent in other states ranges from ages 14 to 18."

This basically means that even if someone consents to loveual intercourse (ex. Warren's girlfriend), if they are below a certain age the older person (ex. Warren) could still be arrested and charged with rape.

Under Warren's profile it states he is from Ohio, the stat. rape law for Ohio is:

"loveual assault for a person age 18 to engage in loveual conduct with a minor if the actor knows that the minor is between ages 13 and 16."

This law is punishable by:

(1) Six to 18 months in prison, (2) if the actor is less that four years older than the victim, a $ 1,000 fine, or (3) if the actor is 10 or more years older than the victim, one to five years in prison.
