Bricks are not laggy since v0002 - bricks placed everywhere can be annoying to clear so I enable a script to make it so people cannot build unless it's on a baseplate of any size in any place and occasionally clean up unused stuff left behind on my server, but I don't ban people for 'spamming' unless they're repeatedly trying to make abusive event bricks or something. Vehicles and items are fine provided they're not in the way of what I'm doing.
