Author Topic: Accelerator stuck on Toyota Prius.  (Read 7491 times)

Well, Toyota's accelerator problem is not getting better...

Earlier today a man driving on a California freeway had some accelerator troubles. He was driving a Prius. He called 911 and they assisted him in halting his vehicle. I guess he had other troubles with the emergency break too. An officer had to slow the car down by breaking in front of the other dude. Eventually he did come to a halt. "I will never drive another Toyota in my life," he says.

Discuss thoughts about Toyota products.

Who needs to stop anyways? Just keep going and going.

The Prius is ugly as forget anyway.

Ha, hybrids are definitely worth it /no. Go American made yay.

I actually like the aerodynamics on the car. It is sorta streamlined. Good for being a hybrid.

Although I frikkin' hate this piece of industrial garbage.

Osht that happened to me once. I was about to crash into a wall and my spacebar was broken, I didn't fix it in time :c

We should all drive monster trucks spraying aerosol cans out the window. Won't affect us in our lifetime.  :cookieMonster:

Turn the car off...?

Turn the car off...?

I don't think you can turn off a car when its not in park.

Turn the key.

Didn't they have another recall recently? I think I heard on the radio they recalled another 1.2 million vehicles for faulty oil lines.

Toyota's reputation just went down the toilet, probably forever.

made in america, ftw

Toyota has always made stuffty products. In China, the government rigs every 1 in 20 to randomly crash to control population. Speaking of population control, our government allows up to %10 of salmonella in our food.
