1. Which of the 2 drives above should I purchase?
2. Will all this fit into the case that I specified above?
3. How well will it run games such as Half-Life 2 or TF2?

I'm trying to make this a cheap as possible but still allowing it to play Valve games.

Valve games are piss easy to run. Really, Half-Life 2 and Team Fortress 2 are not high end taxing games.
