Meh, good for a first.  I've seen people start out quite a bit worse than that.  Just dont try the brick-and-mortar look in your wall, that's an advanced technique and it takes some skill to pull off.  Also, try to give the walls some sort of design, at the VERY LEAST use a brick wall style.  Not just a spammy looking stack of bricks.
