edit: I will admit i got some "not so legit" pokemon from people (mew, celebi etc..) who did hack. I only use these pokemon to fill my pokedex on Platinum. I have all 493. I do not use any hacked pokemon for any online battles, or for profit against trainers in game.

he sends out Dragonite #1 > ice or rock

Send out Aerodactyl. Use electric or rock. Ice works kinda, but is weak against rock.
Lastly, Charizard. Use rock.
