Can you actually get Arceus in Platinum because from what I've read the event to get an item for it still hasn't happened or maybe I'm just handicapped

Also when looking at stuff in the battle viewer in the same building with the GTS I see this one pokemon that must be from platinum and it's like blue and legendary/psuedolegendary wait nevermind just looked it up it's dialga
