It's a flash.. I will just say that you'll have to record it with hypercam and edit it and stuff so it can loop.  Then convert it to .gif

Also its not that big, yours lags, and you can resize it with [img width=100]

Meant text, fixed now. Didn't noticed it pops in and out cause it was frozen. Cause of the file size.

Mine isn't lagging at all for me. And yours is still almost 6MB.
