You think I'm talking about toys all of a sudden what the forget are you talking about? I've talked to a US army medic who came to my school looking to recruit people, he has seen people zipped with 5.56, 7.62 and various others.
At different ranges bullets act differently you're not going to have the same effect if you shoot someone with a .22 for example, up close or 100+ yards away, Physics has a lot to deal with this, a bullet is not going to travel forever at the same speed and velocity, get that through your thick skull. And plus I've never said everybody owns a gun, because apparently expressing my 2nd amendment rights makes me a hillbilly and you for apparently firing more weapons then my mind can handle makes you a complete acting member of society.
It's not a debate when one side is ignorant to the fact that they do not know everything. I never once said a bullet would go forever at the same velocity, stop putting words in my mouth. At the ranges you're talking about, in average conditions, you will not see a major decrease in velocity. If you did, these guns wouldn't be used at all.
