How can you make it so there can only be one server in LAN?

Didn't explain it well in the title, but..
My sister started making her own server which sometimes breaks mine, and she always copies my ideas. You see, I don't want that starfish silencing my server and using my ideas (and even save files). So, is there a way I can just shut down her server without shutting down mine?
