Why wouldn't it be taxed? Everyone else who works a job is taxed. If not regulated then its a terrible thing. It could lead to people being forced into it without wanting to, and whats to stop people from having women who are underage from doing it?
There are different solutions other than taxing or regulating it. I am just concerned about the expansion and role of government with the matter.
