I recall that in November of '09, that one of our members made an alternate account to troll us. He posted a cat being mashed to death and a dude hanging himself by his richard and balls.

Do to recent activity on the Off-Topic forum about animal abuse, I would like to suggest a new rule. Any picture, anything visually relating to animal abuse needs to be dealt with; wether it be a ban or just deleted.

I am posting this in Off-Topic because I know its a serious issue and it is mostly discussed in this forums [Off-Topic].
