No I didn't. It's a normal image hosting site. I upload everything there, and it saves as a gif for me.

Anyways, here's a larger version if anyone wants to resize it themselves and remove the black corners.

It's not normal. It may appear as a .gif, but it doesn't even have an image type.
Your browser goes by the .gif rather than it's actual image type.

If it has no image type, the why the forget is it animated? If it was a bmp it wouldn't be animated. There is nothing wrong with the image.
