3. Install
4. If you know scripting, you know how to work the program.
5. Add, the files, to whatever you made. (Vehicles, Weapons, Etc)

to make an addon, you don't actualy need to do that, all you need is a script for it to be an addon (minimum)

Part of the fun I found out is learning how to use Blockland since it's not really documented at all.  So with that, if this is your first day at it, take it slow and it will come to you. :)
