Author Topic: Strange feelings.  (Read 2708 times)

Since this morning after I woke up in my living room (we watched hills have eyes 2 and went to bed downstairs), I've been having this strange feeling all day.
I have this feeling of general weakness and a pain in my chest and leg.
I can casually walk up stairs and suddenly feel like I ran 10 miles.
I can take a deep breath and my chest would experience unusual pain.
My leg has pains periodically that cause me to want to lay down.

So far, I ate cereal and drank plenty of water. Had a small snack and now I'm making a pot pie in the oven.

Even as I'm typing I feel weak.
Anyone know what's going on?

Edit:
I also feel light headed and occasionally a large chill travels down my spine and I suddenly feel really cold. When I lay down, it's also harder to breath.

Do you get enough Iron in your diet? Might be anemia.

I haven't really been keeping track of how much Iron I take in.

I would get that if I don't have enough vitamin D. Get some sunlight.

HEART ATTACK!

No.

Potassium + Iron.
I don't know any good foods that have iron or potassium, besides bananas, but I ran out like a week ago.

Do you eat beef or greens very often?

Mostly beef. Had some last night.

Bone/muscle/breathing pain most of the time means you lack vitamin D in your body.

Chop off your foot then you will forget pain in any other area.

Problem solved.

Not my fault I can't find any loving OJ that isn't about to expire.
Besides, today is the only day all week that there was any sun here.
And I just went outside like 10 minutes ago to deliver something down the street, I had to run so now I feel like stuff.
