Blockland goes to offline mode on launch

When I launch blockland it doesn't try to authenticate it just goes to offline mode, the fire wall allows it, I've tried turning off the fire wall, I've tried putting the key in again, and the weird thing about it is it updated RTB.

ALSO: I CAN NOT ACCESS THE BLOCKLAND WEBSITE TO UPDATE OR REINSTALL.

OK so on my computer it doesn't work on one router but on the other it does, yet on another computer on the SAME router that it doesn't work on my computer it works...

If it's of any significance there is a VoIP box (Set up modem to box, box to router, computer connected thorough wireless connection to router) VoIP is Voice over IP in layman's terms it's a phone line that uses the internet
