Heartless, the money can go to better buildings them being fead, not dying, you heartless person. They didn't ask for help, people did it because they were in a bad state. We can build them better buildings their nation could be better, they just need help.

What will they give back? What is the purpose of reviving a dying nation that serves no purpose other than soaking up hard-earned money when they have an earthquake, there's no point in helping them... I'm not heartless it's just the smart and realistic way of thinking
