Common Source for Custom Bricks

Is there a location that hosts files for custom bricks?  Also has there been a wiki setup for Blockland to help new users like myself?

RTB has a "wiki" page thing
and what about custom bricks? i thought people had to make them by hand, not just pull them out of a database :o
