Author Topic: Windows Movie Maker Fraps Error  (Read 5282 times)

I'm not sure where this belongs, so I just post it here. As the title says, I'm having problems with Windows Movie Maker. I've made a Blockland movie, but I haven't converted it to .wmv format yet. All the scenes and pictures in the movie was recorded with Fraps. But, when I try to make it .wmv, a window, called Fraps Codec pops up. Here's what it says.
_____________________________ ______________
V4 Error: could not allocate memory for Fraps Codec

Width:800 Height:600
AllocSize: 1750176

Does anyone have any solution for this? I need help.

Download the correct codec?

Hax'd Fraps does that.

WMM, I am worried.

Maybe he doesn't have money to buy an expensive program like Adobe premiere pro.

I have the money to buy it, I just don't think it's really worth it. All I miss in WMM is the ability to put multiple sounds at the same time and more effects, but still easy to use.

Bump. Oh, and the last movies I've made is also recorded with Fraps, and they have worked. I just can't find the reason to this.

I see your problem, you're using Movie Maker.
Get a better video making program.
