So when i start it up it does the Dell loading thingy then after that it goes to a black screen with flashing white underscore. What do i do? I'm on a windows 7 if that matters.

I have one but it's not a hardware problem because i ran diagnostics for the past 30 hours and i'd rather not send it back if it's a just a virus i can remove using a live CD
